These documents serve as a way of giving that person some evaluation tools that will help them in the decision-making process.
If a prospective client has high standards and expects quality work—and if this individual is also literary or at least knows the difference between mediocre and quality writing--they are happy to pay my fees. Fortunately I have never had to remind anyone that an attorney or a medical doctor would probably not apologize for their rates or lower them if a patient or client thinks they’re too high!
